aw, thank you! I agree, we must increase our numbers. Also, I've been pleasantly surprised at how many people are already among "our numbers." I think, at least in the US, it's hard to find each other due to lack of community and time. Substack is really helping, and I also found some amazing work colleagues in sustainability when I did an internship years ago in law school. I believe that the best thing we can do is keep yelling about our passions and our vision, our action and our invitations to others to join us--it's always been how I found my people and how I've found myself engaged in meaningful conversations.
